Our roots in the Medford and surrounding communities are strong, deep and dedicated!  Dairyland Realty began in 1955 as a real estate company serving the northern Wisconsin farming community.  As the company grew, the focus expanded to include residential real estate, waterfront properties and recreational land.   In 1997, Dan Olson purchased Dairyland Realty and just a few years later, Dan (and his real estate team) made the decision to join forces with the nation’s leading real estate brand, the CENTURY 21® System.
